PDP Crisis: I Will Flog, Crush my enemies – Wike says

Amid the crisis rocking the boat of the Peoples Democratic Party, Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, on Monday, said he won’t leave his political foes for God to deal with them but he will flog and crush those he described as “the small boys”.

“God has given me what it takes to crush these people, for me to crush my enemies,” Wike said in Aba in Abia State when he commissioned the Osisioma Interchange and the Dualised Aba-Owerri Road.


Many injured as gunmen attack Labour Party meeting in Enugu

Gunmen suspected to be political thugs on Sunday, attacked members of the Labour Party during their meetings in Enugu State.

Reports said the attack happened on Sunday during Ward meetings at Aninri and Awgu local government areas of the state.

Sources said the attackers destroyed cars, chairs and canopies, while injuring some people.


I can’t steal money, I’m richer than US president – Peter Obi

Mr. Peter Obi, presidential candidate of the Labour Party, has said he is richer than the President of the United States, Joe Biden and cannot steal Nigeria’s money.

Obi said he is richer than Biden, who is worth $8.9m, because God had “over blessed” him.

The former Anambra State governor emphasized that he would not steal public funds if elected President in 2023
